Ken Roseboom leverages his leadership experience gained from a 37-year project management career. He is an expert at working in complex environments and the process for creating new outcomes for people and organizations. 
 
Ken holds certifications as an enneagram practitioner for individuals and teams, emotions centered coaching, and the Alignment process. He holds a BS with honors degree from Tulane University and Associate Certified Coach credentials with the International Coaches Federation.
 
As a career strategist Ken brings compassion, accountability, and inspirational coaching to the career transition process. He is guided by his personal vision statement  “to help his clients create and achieve their visions” and his belief “the two most important conversations you will have are the ones with others and the ones you have with yourself”.
