Julie Perea is an experienced, career Senior Training Specialist with specialized experience in customer service, corporate orientations, diversity and business communications. She is a skilled presenter and project manager who is appreciated for her ability to effectively engage participants and produce on-the-job results.
Julie’s design and delivery experience encompasses such project as facilitating training sessions for an 800-employee call center to volunteers for a large, metropolitan hospital. She directed a training region of over 400 associates of an international real estate information and transaction management company.
Julie’s background includes being a Family and Financial Manager for the Houston READ Commission, a non-profit urban literacy coalition, created to coordinate and provide adult and family literacy services. Her expertise includes Sharepoint Training, In Sync Webinars and XM Train the Trainer.
She holds a B. S. cum laude, from Central Michigan University and is a graduate of the Walt Disney World College Program.
