Lucretia Olson is a multi-disciplined professional with extensive program administration and delivery of instruction experience to a broad range of age groups and experience levels. Her expertise includes needs assessment and design/development of curriculum and training materials. She is an excellent coach, presenter and trainer.
Ms. Olson’s background includes over 15 years of successful experience as a Marketing and Sales Consultant and Distributive Education Coordinator for one of the nations largest independent school districts. Her sales experience is with ThinQ Learning Solutions and KPMG Peat Marwick.
Lucretia has conducted numerous outplacement workshops on career/life strategies including job search, retirement options, independent consulting and entrepreneurship. Additionally, she has delivered one-on-one counseling to exempt and non-exempt outplacement clients at all levels. Her expertise includes assessments and the development and presentation of systems and procedures workshops to a diverse population from customer service trainees to corporate executives.
Ms. Olson holds an M. Ed. from Sam Houston State University and a B.S. in Communications from the University of Texas. She has published for The Center for Occupational Curriculum Development at the University of Texas.
