Phil Brattin is an experienced business development professional with a unique background in sales, marketing, business administration and employment background screening. As a native of Louisiana, Phil has strong personal and business ties statewide. Prior to joining The Facet Group, Mr. Brattin was the Gulf Coast Regional Sales Director for an international communications company and was responsible for over $5.5 million in annual sales.

Mr. Brattin’s background includes working with both small and large companies directing talent management, employee background checks, marketing and business. An internationally certified Job and Career Transition Coach, Phil coaches individuals in career and personal transition in a variety of industries. He is a licensed Private Investigator in Louisiana.

Mr. Brattin holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Regional Planning from the University of Louisiana.

He is active in the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), both the national and local SHRM societies and the Association of Career Firms International. Phil is also a member of Kiwanis of Lafayette and Louisiana State Board of Private Investigators.
