Barbara Gray, an experienced educator and career counselor, joined The Facet Group in 2005. She delivers seminars and provides outplacement and business counseling for The Facet Group in north Louisiana. Ms. Gray’s background includes classroom instruction, curriculum development, and liaison for students attending Delta-Ouachita Vocational School.

As a certified Cooperative Office Educator, Barbara coordinates student employment and job performance with area employers and has successfully transferred that experience and knowledge into Facet’s talent management programs. Both her training and experience of working with the business community allows her to assist others during the career transition process. She strives to empower others to positively and proactively manage their career and life changes.

Barbara holds a B. A. from the University of Louisiana and is currently completing an M. A. in Psychology and Counseling at Louisiana Tech University.
